Tips for Ordering

Putting together the order for your awards can be overwhelming, so we’ve made a list for you to make the process easier.

Production Time

Normal production time usually runs about 3 weeks plus shipping. During the months of May to September, production time can run up to 4-6 weeks plus shipping. Production time starts after the order has been approved, and if pre-payment is required, so please keep in mind that if the approval and pre-payment takes time it will delay production and the ship date. Always give plenty of time for ordering. The earlier the better!

Staat’s understands that situations come up, and orders might be placed last minute. There is a rush order option that you can do, but those orders will have a 20% charge or no less than a $20 charge. We will accommodate the best we can for the order if it’s possible to get it done. There could also be expedited shipping charges.

Submitting Your Order

Your order can be submitted in a few different ways: by email, online, or by phone. Any of these options are perfectly fine.

Emailing the order

If you’re emailing your order, you can email it to abigail@staatsawards.com or onlineorders@staatsawards.com

Items to include in your emails:

  • Include your in-hand date, or event date
  • Current billing and shipping information
  • Current contact information
  • Attachment with the order (preferred in excel. You can also find an ordering form online in the product descriptions.)
    • If the order is small, you can place the order in the body of the email.
  • Attach any artwork that applies to the order

If you’re calling in your order or placing it online, please have all the information that is listed above gathered.

After the Order has been Submitted

Once, the order has been submitted you’ll hear back from the Account Representative within the next 24-48 hours. The order will be composed and you’ll receive an email from us.

Here’s what to do when you receive that email:

Pre-Pay Customer

  1. Check over the excel spreadsheet that is attached to make sure everything looks correct.
  2. Look over the pdf that is attached to make sure everything is correct on it also such as: amounts, billing, and shipping addresses.
  3. If there are any issues with the order, please reply to that email to have the corrections made.
  4. Click the blue “View & Pay Invoice” button at the bottom of the main email. This will take you online where you can either pay by debit, credit, or echeck. (If you have to mail a check, please let us know. Checks that are mailed can take up to 2 weeks to arrive which will delay your ship date.)

Non-prepay Customer

  1. Check over the excel spreadsheet that is attached to make sure everything looks correct.
  2. Look over the pdf that is attached to make sure everything is correct on it also such as: amounts, billing, and shipping addresses.
  3. Reply back to the email informing the Account Representative if there are any changes that need to be made, or if everything looks correct. (Production time starts after the order has been fully approved. Please do this process timely to ensure the ship date and production time don’t get pushed back.)

Receiving Your Order

We ship mainly with UPS, but in the Midwest, we try to ship with Spee-Dee when possible. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your invoice again. This has the tracking number on it, so you can use it at your convenience.

When you’ve received your order, please open the box/boxes as soon as you get them that way if you see any mistakes, or see that something is missing Staats can make those corrections as soon as possible.
