Each product is created just for our customer. We even sew every rosette top together. Some of our competitors will just staple them but we have a wonderful and energetic group of sewers in the back assembling your first place rosette. It’s no wonder our products are so popular.
Buying from a Friend
Immediately it was obvious we are dedicated to really stepping up our customer service. By the end of the process, we want you to feel as though you are buying from a close friend. After all, we want you to enjoy your experience! So, when you order with Staats, you are really buying rosettes from Jeanna or banners from Angie or plaques from Lori. We go to your fairs, events, and conventions and we want to be there for you.
We Give Recognition
Staats is a company that I knew I could get behind the second I learned how much they give back. Whether it is your local 5k sponsorship or our generous recognition scholarships for our industry, we work hard to recognize these individuals and organizations. We realize that relationships and partnerships are not only important to us on a personal level but a professional one as well.
